Sorry it took me so long to make the list this year, but here it is:

Beccah

Roller blades
BMX helmet
Nintendo DSI and games (horses, cooking, math, etc)

Aidan

Star Wars Clone Trooper Transport (yes, the $100 one)
Anything Star Wars
Playmobile Toys or small soldiers/figures

Everett

Trains! Anything train related
Puzzles
Toy Story toys. He's into Buzz Lightyear and Woody.

Rohnan

Trains, cars, planes, and Fire trucks/Police cars
Dinosaurs

General

The boys could use bedding (twin sheets, comforters, pillow cases)
We could use a new wii remote or two and a nunchuck
Also looking for ideas on storage and kid friendly furniture so they can keep toys picked up and play easier, let me know if you see something that looks sturdy at a good price. :)
We are going to get Beccah money for clothes and take her shopping at after Christmas sales.

I actually remembered to bring the camera yesterday at softball practice! Beccah is having alot of fun, and she can't wait for her first game! Hopefully it will be this Saturday, unless the rain cancels it again.

Boys with Light Sabers

The sun was out for a bit today. So Aidan and Everett were having a Jedi adventure in the tall, tall grass. They were very cute for all of 10 minutes. Then they decided tv would be more fun and have been following me around begging and pleading and yelling at me to turn it on. How can Dora and Diego be more fun than pushing your brother off the bench with your light saber??
Rohnan very smartly keeps his distance and plays ball with Sasha.

Even though they aren't twins, dressing them the same is still funny! Thanks mom! :) I'm sure they won't appreciate how cute they looked when they are odler, but oh well. I got to have my fun!

Our Garden

Aidan has been my motivation to plant our garden this year. He asks me every 5 seconds, "Can we plant the seeds yet??" He actually helped me weed the garden and did a good job planting seeds! And he told me I'm a great mama, so he gets the prize for nicest son today! :)
I forgot to take a 'before' picture, but here is the garden about 90% finished. We filled the wheel barrow to the top with weeds. Mint is a huge pain to pull up!!
And here is our freshly planted garden! I used seeds from a few years back, so here's hoping they grow! :) Notice the flowers already blooming on the far end? Beccah planted those last fall and they have been in bloom all winter. Weird little plants! But at least we have color in the garden.
Next we're going to plant herbs in our containers and try to remember to water them all summer. hehe

We spent the day outside doing yard work. Well, I did. The kids found lots of interesting things to get into. Aidan and Beccah made bug habitats for their pet slugs and rolli-polli bugs.
Rohnan was very interested in the BBQ.
Sasha just enjoyed the company outside.

I was looking through older photos for a scrap booking project Beccah will be doing for Girl Scouts and I found this one. I didn't know I had a recent picture of my entire family! And it's even in a nice setting. I really miss Everett's curls.
They might not all be looking at the camera, but boy does this capture their personalities! hehe

I think I went a little too short, but it was so satisfing to see all the hair come off and it looked nice and even... well, except around his ears, ears are SO hard to do!

Sad to say I have not been taking pictures lately, been too busy! The kids are finally done with their swim lessons, which they all loved! Beccah is putting on a wax museum with her class at school next week, so we're studying up on Mary Lincoln (that's who Beccah wants to dress up as and give a speech about). Aidan cannot wait for preschool to start in September (he asks me when it starts constantly). Everett is starting to talk alot more, and Rohnan is throwing his first baby tantrums!
Hopefully I'll get the camera out and take more pictures soon!

Everett was being very silly and running around with underwear on his head. He is a total ham! He can be such a handful and a pain in the rear, but then he finds a way to crack me up so I can't stay mad at him!

Valentine Card Workshop

I hosted a Valentine's Day Card making workshop at our house yesterday. We had a bunch of kids glueing together cards with their moms, and most of them seemed to enjoy it! Even the boys! I was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of work Kari, Amy, and I put into it before hand, but once people showed up and got to work, I thought it was alot of fun.

I don't want to post a bunch of pictures of other people without their permission, so I just chose this adorable picture of Aidan and Conner. Conner is Jennifer's oldest son. They were SO sweet! They decided to share a chair while they munched on crackers. I have no idea why kids love saltines so much, but they can just eat bags and bags of crackers. Yuck, too dry without toppings! I have to hide the bags from Beccah or she'll eat an entire one by herself! I guess it's better than chips though. hehe

Today, I'm going to tackle the toys! Right after I get the boys dressed, the kitchen cleaned, and table leaves put away... well, maybe I'll get to the toys tomorrow! :)

I let Aidan and Everett color with the construction paper and Crayola Creativity tub this morning. I knew it would be messy. I thought I was prepared.

I was wrong! Now my dining room chairs, floor, and bits of the wall are 'artwork'.

And Everett has decided that he wants to joing the military when he's older. He likes wearing camo paint.

Thank goodness it washed out in the shower! :)

Snow Day 09

Aaron took the kids to Mt. Hood with the Girl Scouts for a snow fun day. And by "the kids" I mean Beccah and Aidan. Everett doesn't like being cold, so him and Rohnan stayed home with me.
The big kids all had fun though. Aidan got to go tubing with his friend Cooper and Beccah got to go with Emma, and I think that was the highlight of their trip! Aaron said he went with Aidan and they flew down the hill!

Rohnan chose the thread, so he will have long life. He liked playing with the money and pens though, too.

And he really liked the apples. Wouldn't touch the cupcakes I made, but he carried the apples around till the party was over. He liked his outfit too. Tried to put it back on after we took it off, even the hat!

Biker Boys

Grandma got them matching biker jackets for Christmas. We dressed them up and took them to the mall and got all sorts of comments on what tough little boys we have. Interestingly, they only get comments when they are together! It must be a 'things are better in pairs' mojo.
